Payment Policy

At this time, we are accepting PayPal, money orders and personal checks sent for the full amount of the order and included with the order form. Orders paid for by check will not be shipped until the check has been deposited for ten business days.

How Your Order Will Be Handled

At this time, we are shipping to US mail addresses only.

When your order is received, you will be sent an email confirming that we received it, along with an estimate of when we expect the order to ship. You will be sent another email on the day your order is packaged and mailed. All shipments will be via United States Postal Service Priority Mail

Return Policy

Print books may be returned for credit or refund within 7 days of receipt only if the items are still in their original condition.   Audio and data CDs and CD ROMs are not eligible for credit and/or refund.  Defective products will be exchanged for replacement copies only.  Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us prior to making any returns.
